Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits
Currently, Isaac Jacobs is in-network with the following insurances:

​**Please Note: Couples and Family Therapy is not covered by medical insurance as they are not considered to be a medical issue and therefore is not medically necessary. All couples and family sessions are private pay.

Out-of-Network Benefits:
 Some of our clinicians are out-of-network with insurance and only accept private pay via HSA or Credit Card. For clinicians that are out-of-network, you may be able to use your Out-of-Network Benefits to seek reimbursement. Clients have the option of requesting receipts for private pay sessions, and are responsible for the process of obtaining reimbursement from their insurance carrier. Please note that insurance carriers typically require a documented diagnosis to obtain reimbursement.

Private Pay

Many clients choose private pay for various reasons:
  • You do not wish to have a diagnosis on record with your insurance company.
  • Your reason for seeking therapy does not meet diagnostic criteria.
  • You wish to maintain as much privacy as possible due to safety concerns and other reasons.
  • You would like to have more flexibility in the type of treatment a clinician can offer.
