ISAAC JACOBS: LCSW, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master
Isaac is an experienced psychotherapist serving patients across New York State and based in Rochester, NY. He is a Trauma-Informed, DBT-Trained Therapist, Yoga Teacher (500-Hr), and Master Level Reiki Practitioner. Isaac is an experienced clinician with several years of clinical experience and knowledge. Isaac specializes in working with teens (ages 16+) and adults who are experiencing these challenges: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship + Family problems, Religious + Spiritual Abuse/Trauma, and Life Transitions. Isaac is also a LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapist.
Sara Basher: Intake Coordinator
Sara (she, her) has a passion for helping people and has thrived in service roles throughout her life. She is excited to be part of a team that is dedicated to supporting others and helping them on their journey of healing and growth.
In addition to being an amazing admin for our team, Sara is a Yoga Teacher (500-Hour, RYT) and works in assisted stretch. Yoga has been significant part of her life since beginning her practice in 2015. She enjoys continuing to study anatomy and the human body in all forms of movement.
Sara also has an MFA from RIT and is continuously creating through painting as well as other artistic expressions. She loves cooking and recipe testing, spending time with her partner, and their menagerie of pets (dogs, cats, and ball python).
Outside of work, I’m an avid fan of true crime, cooking, and crocheting. I love spending quality time with my family and friends.
